This Payment Policy applies to ELVESSI, operated by ORION CREATORS INC.
Payment Methods
Only payment methods displayed and available at checkout are accepted for your order. Availability may depend on your location, device and payment provider. Payment information must be submitted through the designated checkout payment flow. Do not send card details or passwords through email or our enquiry form.
Order Quantity and Currency
Orders require at least 2 items in total. Different products, colors and sizes may be combined. Product prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD), unless expressly stated otherwise. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees.
Billing and Authorization
Provide accurate billing details. Review the product subtotal, any applicable taxes and the final total before submitting an order. Shipping to supported destinations is free under our Shipping Policy. A payment authorization or automated receipt is not, by itself, confirmation that goods have been dispatched.
Payment Failures and Verification
Failed, declined or incomplete payments may prevent order processing. Check your order status before retrying to avoid duplicate orders. Security checks or additional authentication may be required by the payment provider. We will not ask you to disclose an account password or full card number through customer support.
Refunds and Disputes
Eligible refunds are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy and issued to the original payment method. We normally issue them within 5 business days after receipt and inspection of returned goods, or sooner where required by law. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. Contact us with your order number if there is a payment problem. This does not limit your right to contact your bank or exercise applicable dispute rights.
